Miriam's Kitchen is located in the basement of the Western Presbyterian Church at 2401 Virginia Ave., but the entrance to Miriam's Kitchen is located on the corner of 24th Street and G Street. During office hours (8am-4pm), you can push the CHURCH OFFICE button to be let in the front door or the garage to the right of the main entrance.

If you are coming to serve breakfast, please enter by means of the garage door. Press the button for the LOWER KITCHEN, and someone will buzz you in. Follow the ramp down and around to the lowest level in the garage. The kitchen will be the open door on the lowest level. Come inside and look for STEVE!

Miriam's Kitchen is located 3 blocks from the Foggy Bottom-GWU subway/metro station. You can take both the orange and blue line there. The station exits onto 23rd Street, walk right down 23rd Street, make a right on G Street, and then a right on 24th Street. The church is located at the corner of 24th and G Street.

Interstate 66 and Route 50 both connect with the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. Cross the bridge and exit left at E Street, then exit again at Virginia Avenue. Stay on Virginia Avenue, and turn right on 24th Street. Western Presbyterian is on the corner of 24th and G Street. A garage is located to the right of the church entrance, and volunteers can park in this garage.

Take Interstate 95 south to Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) toward Silver Spring/ Northern Virginia after crossing the Potomac. Take the exit for The George Washington Memorial Parkway, which is right after the bridge over the Potomac River, then take the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge exit, stay to the right after exiting and follow on to bridge. Cross the bridge and exit left at E Street, then exit again at Virginia Ave. Follow directions as given in from Interstate 66 and Route 50.

Interstate 395 north leads into DC. Exit left just before the bridge at Exit 10C which reads Memorial Bridge. This will put you on the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Stay in the left lane, following signs to Memorial Bridge ( the right lane will force you to exit too soon). When you get to the circle, veer right onto Memorial Bridge. Cross the bridge and bear left at the Lincoln Memorial, turning left onto 23rd Street, then turn left on H Street, then left again on 24th Street. The church is the last building on the right. Follow directions for entering Miriam's Kitchen as given in from Interstate 66 and Route 50.
