Douglas (Doug) Greenburg is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of international law firm, Latham & Watkins, LLP, where he represents clients in internal corporate investigations, white-collar criminal matters, and SEC enforcement proceedings. He has more than 25 years of experience with issues related to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), money laundering, economic sanctions and export control, and securities fraud, and he has particular experience representing public companies, as well as their boards and audit committees.
Earlier in Mr. Greenburg’s career, he served with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Enforcement and as a staff member of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States.
Mr. Greenburg regularly appears in top rankings in legal publications, including Chambers and The Legal 500. Further, clients describe him as, “Fantastic … a great lawyer and an effective leader.”
