Join MK on Saturday morning for a Kids Teach In! Led by our Chief Advocacy Director, Lara Pukatch, this one-hour session introduces students of all ages to the topic of hunger and food insecurity in our city. Teach-in on the D.C. Budget

The Way Home Campaign will be hosting a virtual teach-in on the D.C. budget. Speakers will discuss the Campaign’s budget recommendations for FY26, as well as offer their perspectives on the federal and local landscape. If you’re ready to take action, this will also be an opportunity for you to get more information about how you can join us in-person.
