Arianna Cicchinelli serves as Chief Operating Officer at Miriam’s Kitchen, overseeing human resources, finance, IT, facilities, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. She brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit operations and project management and is passionate about building compassionate, mission-driven systems that strengthen Miriam’s Kitchen’s efforts to end chronic homelessness.
Before becoming COO, Arianna served as Senior Operations Manager and Director of Operations at Miriam’s Kitchen. She held leadership roles at The Father McKenna Center, the National Governors Association, and the private sector. She has a Master of Public Administration from American University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, and certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
