Martha Wolf has worked with non-profits for over thirty years in the DMV and NJ. At Samaritan Ministry of Greater Washington, her roles ranged from Administrative Assistant to Interim Executive Director, and everything in between! In NJ she ran an After School Program and a summer youth employment program. Her favorite job in all these years has been serving as a Volunteer Manager.
“I feel so lucky that after working at Miriam’s Kitchen in development and communications, I have become the Volunteer Manager. I love helping MK staff to create volunteer roles, meeting new volunteers, being the matchmaker to put them together, and doing all the behind-the-scenes work to keep the trains running on time.”
She tries to keep up with her two teenage boys in her spare time. This involves lots of sports, chauffeuring to various activities, and lots and lots of food!
