Tamara M. Rasberry has 20+ years of HR experience as an in-house practitioner and consultant with multiple nonprofit organizations in the DC Metropolitan area. Her in-house experience has included roles at the American Bankers Association, the American Public Transportation Association, and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. In addition to holding the SHRM-CP and PHR credentials, Tamara holds the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential, serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for Arena Analytics, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid and as a Workhuman Certified Professional. As part of her commitment to creating people-focused organizational cultures, Tamara is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness in the workplace and is certified as a ‘4 Stages of Psychological Safety’ facilitator.
